When I bake mud cake, I want it to be really sticky. I think it is so good when the batter oozes out when you cut the cake. If you eat it warm it is really sticky, but when it has cooled down it is not as runny. But eating a warm piece with vanilla ice cream is so, so good, mmmm!
Nutella Kladdkaka
40 g smör, smält
1 litet ägg
0,5 dl socker
0,5 dl vetemjöl
1,5 msk kakao
1 nypa salt
0,5 dl nutella
Sätt ugnen på 175 C grader. I en skål blanda smör, socker, och ägg. Blanda i vetemjöl, kakao, salt och nutella till en jämn smet. Klä en liten bakform med bakplåtspapper och häll i smeten. Grädda i ca 15 minuter.

0.5 dl sugar
0.5 dl wheat flour
1.5 tbsp cocoa powder
1 pinch of salt
0.5 dl nutella
