Now it's been a long time since I made my own protein balls. Why I do not know because they are simple and quick to make. But now I made them again, delicious vanilla oat balls. Perfect as snacks or with a cup of coffee.
Vanilla Oat Protein Balls
10 small
3/4 dl oat flour
1 tbsp vanilla whey protein powder
1 tbsp smooth natural peanut butter
1 tbsp fibre syrup, Sukrin
1/4 tsp vanilla powder
approx. 0.5 tbsp liquid (almond milk, water etc…)
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Shape the mixture into 10 small balls and put in the fridge.

1 msk vanilj proteinpulver, vassle
1 msk jordnötssmör, osötat
1 msk fibersirap, Sukrin
1/4 tsk vaniljpulver
