Mint Choklad Kladdkaka
100 g smör, smält
2,5 dl socker
1 dl vetemjöl
1 dl kakao
1 nypa salt
2 ägg
2 msk mint-chokladpasta
Blanda smör och socker. Tillsätt äggen och blanda väl. Blanda till sist ner vetemjöl, kakao och salt. Häll smeten i en bakform klädd med bakplåtspapper. Klicka i mint chokladpasta och rör runt lite. Grädda i 175 C grader i ca 15 minuter.

2 tbsp mint chocolate paste
Mix butter and sugar. Add the eggs and mix well. Stir in wheat flour, cocoa and salt until smooth. Pour the batter into a baking dish lined with parchment paper. Top with the mint chocolate paste and stir it in a little in the batter. Bake at 175 C degrees for about 15 minutes.
