Do you like lingonberries? I do and I like the tartness in them. In this pie I had tart lingonberries along with sweet white chocolate and I think it is a good combo. Great pie in my opinion. My husband thought it was too sour, haha.
Lingonpaj med Vit Choklad
100 g smör, rumstemp.
3/4 dl socker
1 ägg
2 dl vetemjöl
1 dl havregryn
1 tsk bakpulver
fyllning:
3 dl lingon
2 dl kvarg
1 ägg
3/4 dl socker
100 g smält vit choklad
Blanda smör och socker. Tillsätt ägget och de torra ingredienserna, blanda. Tryck ut blandningen i en bakform (20 x 20 cm). Häll på lingonen (om du använder frysta lingon, tillsätt 2 tsk potatismjöl). Blanda kvarg, ägg, socker och den smälta och svalande chokladen. Häll över bären. Grädda i 200 C grader i ca 30 minuter.

3/4 dl sugar
1 egg
2 dl wheat flour
1 dl oats
1 tsp baking powder
filling:
3 dl lingonberries
2 dl quark
1 egg
3/4 dl sugar
100 g melted white chocolate
Beat butter and sugar. Add the egg and dry ingredients, stir. Press the mixture into a baking dish (20 x 20 cm). Top with lingonberries (if using frozen lingonberries, add 2 teaspoons of potato flour). Stir together quark, egg, sugar and the melted and cooled chocolate. Pour the mixture over the berries. Bake at 200 C degrees for about 30 minutes.
