Filling vegetables and baking them in the oven is something I think is really good. This time I made a filling of cauliflower rice (regular rice also works), soy mince meat, tomato sauce and spices. Top with a lot of cheese, you can't have too much of cheese. Simple, but good!
Fylld Paprika
paprika, delade på längden
fyllning:
lök, hackad
vitlök, pressad
zucchini, tärnad
blomkålsris
sojafärs
tomatsås
paprikakrydda
salt
svartpeppar
Stek alla ingredienser till fyllningen i en stekpanna. Krydda efter smak. Fyll paprikorna med fyllningen och toppa med en smakrik riven ost. Lägg paprikorna i en ugnsform med vatten i botten. Baka i 175 C i ca 25 minuter eller tills paprikan är mjuk.
Stuffed Bell Peppers
paprika, divided by length
filling:
onion, chopped
garlic, minced
zucchini, diced
cauliflower rice
soy mince meat
tomato sauce
pepper spice
salt
black pepper
Fry all the ingredients to the filling in a frying pan. Season to taste. Fill the peppers with the filling and top with a tasty grated cheese. Place the peppers in an ovenproof dish with water in the bottom. Bake at 175 C for about 25 minutes or until the paprika is soft.
