The raspberries are so good right now and I gladly buy mine from the market. Of course I would have liked to have picked them myself, but if you do not have a garden then you must be satisfied that you can buy them instead. I baked a raspberry cake and I used Marabou's chocolate with the taste of raspberry. They are yummy together.
Hallon Choklad-Kvarg Smulkaka
Smuldeg:
1 3/4 dl vetemjöl
3/4 dl strösocker
0,5 tsk bakpulver
0,5 tsk vaniljpulver
85 g smör, kallt
Fyllning:
1 ägg
1 1/4 dl kvarg
0.5 dl strösocker
0,5 tsk vaniljpulver
1 dl frysta eller färska hallon
30 g hallon choklad, i bitar
Arbeta samman mjöl, socker, vanilj, bakpulver och tärnat smör till en smuldeg. Tryck ut hälften av degen i en kakform med bakpapper.
Fyllning: Blanda ägg, kvarg, socker och vanilj. Häll fyllningen över smuldegen. Fördela hallon och choklad ovanpå och sedan resten av smuldegen. Grädda i ugnen i ca 30 min. Låt svalna.
Raspberry Chocolate Quark Crumb Cake
crumb mixture:
1 3/4 dl wheat flour
3/4 dl granulated sugar
0.5 tsp baking powder
0.5 tsp vanilla powder
85 g butter, cold
Filling:
1 egg
1 1/4 dl quark
0.5 dl granulated sugar
0.5 tsp vanilla powder
1 dl frozen or fresh raspberries
30 g raspberry chocolate, in pieces
Work together flour, sugar, vanilla, baking powder and diced butter into crumbs. Press half of the dough into a cake pan with baking paper.
