Candy and chocolate in baked goodies is good and when I bake cookies I think it is fun with different treats in. This time I used a chocolate with filling of licorice. I bought the chocolate when we were in Copenhagen. Very good and a similar chocolate is the one from Fazers, Scalled almiak. Yummy, yummy, yummy :).
100 g kallt smör
0,5 dl strösocker
0,5 dl farinsocker
2 msk dadelsirap
2 1/4 dl vetemjöl
0.5 tsk bakpulver
0.5 tsk vaniljpulver
100 gram lakrits choklad
Sätt ugnen på 175 C grader. Lägg till alla ingredienser, utom choklad, i en matberedare och mixa tills du har en deg. Hacka chokladen och blanda in i degen. Gör ca 20 runda kex av degen, platta till dem en aning. Grädda i ca 10 minuter på 175 grader.
Licorice Cookies
100 g cold butter
0.5 dl caster sugar
0.5 dl brown sugar
2 tbsp date syrup
2 1/4 dl wheat flour
0.5 tsp baking powder
0.5 tsp vanilla powder
100 g licorice chocolate
Put the oven at 175 C degrees. Add all ingredients, except chocolate, to a food processor and mix until you have a dough. Chop the chocolate and mix into the dough. Make about 20 round cakes of dough. Bake for about 10 minutes at 175 degrees.

Mums:) Vi har nog ingen lakritschoklad här men säkert går fint också med lakritspulver och choklad-.
