Today's recipe is protein-rich vanilla muffins that fit well after a workout or why not as part of breakfast. They were actually very good, better than I had thought :) They are moist and stay good for a few days. Because I used almond flour, they are also gluten-free.
Vanilla Protein Muffins
5 muffins
1 1/4 dl (50g) almond flour
2 tbsp vanilla protein powder
0.5 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp plain quark
2 tbsp milk
0.5 egg
0.5 tsp vanilla powder
2 tbsp date syrup
Stir together all the ingredients in a bowl until smooth. Pour the batter into silicon muffin cups. Bake at 175 C for 12 minutes.

2 msk vaniljproteinpulver
0,5 tsk bakpulver
2 msk kvarg
2 msk mjölk
0,5 ägg
0,5 tsk vaniljpulver
2 msk dadelsirap
