A tasty sauce with tofu, spinach and garam masala. I served it with black rice. Black rice has a sticky, creamy consistency and a slightly nutty flavor. Went well with this sauce. I wish you a lovely day!
Vegansk Tofu Spenatsås
400g tofu, tärnad
1 röd lök, hackad
1 msk tomatpuré
1 tsk garam masala
1/4 tsk vitlökspulver
1 burk krossade tomater (400g)
1 dl matlagningsgrädde
en handfull färsk spenat
salt
svartpeppar
Fräs lök med lite olja i en stekpanna. Blanda i tomatpuré, garam masala, vitlökspulver och stek snabbt. Tillsätt krossade tomater och grädde. Låt koka ihop i ca 10 minuter. Krydda med salt och peppar. Stek tofubitarna och blanda ner dem tillsammans med spenaten i tomatsåsen. Servera med ris eller quinoa.

400g tofu, diced
1 red onion, chopped
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 tsp garam masala
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1 can crushed tomatoes (400g)
1 dl cooking cream
a handful of fresh spinach
salt
black pepper
Fry the onion with a little oil in a frying pan. Mix in tomato paste, garam masala, garlic powder and fry quickly. Add crushed tomato and cream. Allow to simmer for about 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Fry the tofu pieces and add them with the spinach to the tomato sauce. Serve with rice or quinoa.
