Jag har blivit helt beroende av denna tryffelsås. Så otroligt god, om man gillar tryffel då förstås :) Jag minns första gången jag åt tryffelmajonnäs med sötpotatispommes och jag kom till himmelen. Just den kombon är perfekt ihop. Denna sås använder jag i hamburgare, på min spaghettilåda...Ja till allt möjligt faktiskt :) Du måste testa!

 I have become completely dependent on this truffle sauce. So incredibly good, if you like truffle of course :) I remember the first time I ate truffle mayonnaise with sweet potatoes and I came to heaven. That particular combination is perfect. This sauce I use in burgers, on my spaghetti casserole... Yes to everything possible actually :) You have to make it!

Tryffelsås

1 dl kvarg
1-2 msk tryffelmajonnäs
1 tsk honung
en nypa salt

Blanda alla ingredienser och förvara i kylskåp.

Truffle Sauce

1 dl quark
1-2 tbsp truffle mayonnaise
1 tsp honey
a pinch of salt

 Mix all the ingredients and store in the refrigerator.
