These balls became so tasty and good. And that they are so easy to make is just a plus. Of this batter I got 14 balls, but you can make them bigger or smaller. So good! We ate them with salad, hummus, baked vegetables and tortilla on the side.
Potato & Lentil Balls
2 (200 g) potatoes, cooked
1 dl (75 g) green lentils, cooked
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp curry powder
one pinch of cayenne
salt
black pepper
Preheat your oven 175 C. In a bowl, mash the potatoes and lentils with a fork. The lentils do not need to be completely mashed. Add the spices and taste the mixture. Form into balls, about 13 pieces. Place the balls on a lined baking sheet. Bake for 30 minutes.

1 tsk currypulver
en nypa cayenne
