Monks Coffee Roasters är ett mysigt café i Amsterdam och personalen här är väldigt trevlig och tar sig tid att prata med sina kunder. De känns att de är genuint intresserade av sina kunder. En helg åt vi frukost här och jag tog deras krämiga havregrynsgröt och den var var verkligen krämig, kokad på fullfet mjölk och grädde. Gröten är toppad med bärkompott, banan, granatäpple och mandel. Deras croissanter är en av de bästa jag ätit, smöriga och krispiga. Och vill man endast ha en god kopp kaffe, ja då är detta caféet för dig. Adress: Bilderdijkstraat 46.

Monks Coffee Roasters is a cozy cafe in Amsterdam and the staff here are very nice and take the time to talk to their customers. They feel that they are genuinely interested in their customers. One weekend we ate breakfast here and I took their creamy oatmeal and it was really creamy, boiled with full fat milk and heavy cream. The oatmeal is topped with berry compote, banana, pomegranate and almond flakes. Their croissants are one of the best I have eaten, buttery and flaky.
