Now I have found the best recipe for bread, a wholegrain and oat bread. The bread gets a crunchy surface and is soft inside. I found the recipe on Valio's website. The bread get to rise for several hours and then baked in a clay pot, which makes the bread get the good crunchy surface. So incredibly good! The bread is not that big and I got about 10 slices of it.
Fullkorns-Havrebröd
3,5 dl vatten, ljummet
1 tsk torrjäst
1,5 tsk salt
3 dl havremjöl
2 dl havregryn
2 dl fullkornsmjöl
1 msk dadelsirap
I en skål blanda vatten med alla ingredienser. Låt stå i rumstemperatur i 60 minuter. Täck skålen med plast och ställ i kylskåpet 12-18 h. Ta degen från kylskåpet och forma till en boll. Låt jäsa i 60 minuter. Ställ en lergryta med lock i ugnen och värm ugnen till 225 C. Ta ut lergrytan, försiktigt för den är het. Lägg brödet i grytan. Lägg på locket och grädda i 30 minuter. Ta sedan bort locket och grädda i ytterligare 15 minuter.
Wholegrain Oat Bread
3.5 dl water, lukewarm
1 tsp dry yeast
1.5 tsp salt
3 dl oat flour
2 dl oats
2 dl whole grain flour
1 tbsp date syrup
In a bowl mix water with the rest of the ingredients. Leave at room temperature for 60 minutes. Cover the bowl with plastic and place in the refrigerator 12-18 h. Take the dough from the refrigerator and form into a ball. Allow to rise for 60 minutes. Place a clay pot with a lid in the oven and heat the oven to 225 C. Remove the clay pot, carefully for it is hot. Put the bread in the pot. Cover and bake for 30 minutes. Then remove the lid and bake for another 15 minutes.
