Moist small chocolate muffins baked without dairy products and eggs. These need only be baked for about 5 minutes. Then you get moist muffins, for who likes dry pastries :) You can decorate them with melted chocolate and chocolate buttons.
Vegan Chokladmuffins
8 små
50 g margarin eller vegan smör, smält
50 g äppelmos
3 msk mandelmjölk
0,5 dl kokossocker
1 dl vetemjöl
3 msk kakaopulver
0,5 tsk bakpulver
Värm ugnen till 175 C. Blanda margarin, äppelmos, havremjölk och socker i en skål. Tillsätt resterande ingredienser och blanda till en slät smet. Häll smeten i muffinsformar och grädda i 5-7 minuter.

3 tbsp almond milk
0,5 dl coconut sugar
1 dl wheat flour
3 tbsp cocoa powder
0,5 tsp baking powder
