As you have probably noticed, I like to bake coffee cakes. I like them because they are moist and last a long time. In this cake I have used apple sauce and pecans. They work very well together.
60 g smör
0,5 dl kokossocker
0,5 sukrin
1 ägg
1,5 dl vetemjöl
3/4 tsk bakpulver
1 tsk kanel
0,5 tsk kardemumma
3/4 dl äppelmos
20 g pekannötter, hackade
Blanda smör och socker. Tillsätt ägget och blanda väl. Blanda sedan i resterande ingredienser. Häll smeten i en liten smord och mjölad kakform. Grädda i 175 C i ca 20 minuter. Låt svalna.
Apple Pecan Cake
60 g butter
0.5 dl coconut sugar
0.5 sukrin
1 egg
1.5 dl wheat flour
3/4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
0.5 tsp cardamom
3/4 dl apple sauce
