Creamy mushroom sauce is very good, do you agree? I used mushrooms, but if you have chanterelles, they are just as good to use. I ate the sauce with a mushroom burger from Mister Kitchen's.
Svampsås
30 g smör
2 msk vetemjöl
3 dl mjölk
salt, efter smak
färsk persilja
100 g skivade champinjoner
1 msk röd lök, hackad
Smält smöret i en kastrull. Vispa i mjölet. Blanda i hälften av mjölken och låt såsen tjocka till. Blanda sedan i resten av mjölken och låt sjuda i 5-10 minuter. I en stekpanna stek svamp och lök i ca 5 minuter. Blanda svamp-lökblandnimngen i såsen. Krydda med salt och persilja.

fresh parsley
100 g sliced mushrooms
1 tbsp red onion, chopped
Melt the butter in a saucepan. Beat in the flour. Mix in half of the milk and allow the sauce to thicken. Whisk in the flour. Stir in half of the milk and allow the sauce to thicken. Mix in the rest of the milk and let simmer for 5-10 minutes. Add the mushroom-onion mixture to the sauce. Season with salt and parsley.
