Now that it's darker and cooler outside, I'm drawn to autumn flavours, like this spice cake. It tastes like Christmas, like gingerbread. It will be cozy with a cup of tea and a slice of cake sitting on the couch under a blanket. Cozy!
Vegan Kryddkaka, inspiration härifrån
2 dl strösocker
1 dl aquafaba (t.ex. kikärtsspad)
2,5 dl vetemjöl
1,5 tsk bakpulver
1 tsk kanel
1 tsk kardemumma
0,5 tsk nejlika
50 g smält vegan smör eller margarin
50 g smält vegan smör eller margarin
0,5 dl mandelmjölk
Värm ugnen till 175°C. Smörj och mjöla en sockerkaksform. Vispa strösocker och aquafaba med en elvisp tills det blir fluffigt. Blanda i vetemjöl, bakpulver, kryddor och det smälta smöret. Blanda sist i mjölken. Häll smeten i bakformen och grädda i mitten av ugnen i ca 30 minuter.

2.5 dl flour
1.5 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp cardamom
0.5 tsp ground cloves
50 g melted vegan butter or margarine
50 g melted vegan butter or margarine
0.5 dl almond milk
Heat the oven to 175 ° C. Grease and flour a small bundt cake pan. Whisk the sugar and aquafaba with an electric whisk until it becomes fluffy. Mix in flour, baking powder, spices and melted butter. Lastly stir in the milk. Pour the batter into the baking pan and bake in the middle of the oven for about 30 minutes.
