I do not say no to a moist cake. And this cake has the taste of coffee. I used Kahlua, which is a coffee liqueur and it gives the cake a good taste. But if you do not want to use alcohol, it's just as good to use strong coffee. I also made a chocolate frosting, which makes the cake extra good.
Kahlua Chokladkaka
40 g smör, smält
1 dl strösocker
1 litet ägg
100 g ricotta
1 dl vetemjöl
0,5 dl kakaopulver
3/4 tsk bakpulver
0,5 dl kahlua eller starkt kaffe
0,5 dl chokladflingor eller hackad choklad
frosting:
25 g färskost
0.5 dl florsocker
0,5 msk kakaopulver

Blanda smält smör och socker i en skål. Tillsätt ägget och blanda väl. Blanda i ricotta och sedan resterande ingredienser. Blanda tills allt är slät. Häll smeten i smord och mjölad liten bakform och grädda i 175 C i ca 20-25 minuter. Låt svalna. Blanda ihop ingredienserna till frostingen och bred på kakan.
Kahlua Chocolate Cake

3/4 tsp baking powder
0.5 dl kahlua or strong coffee
0.5 dl chocolate flakes or chopped chocolate
frosting:
25 g cream cheese
0.5 dl icing sugar
0.5 tsp cocoa powder
Mix melted butter and sugar in a bowl. Add the egg and mix well. Stir in ricotta and then the remaining ingredients. Mix until everything is smooth. Pour the batter into a greased and floured little baking pan and bake at 175 C for about 20-25 minutes. Let cool. Mix together the ingredients for the frosting and spread on the cake.
