Today's recipe is a simple, but creamy and good sauce that you swiftly can make. A sauce that fits well into the week when you need to get food fast on the table. A perfect weekday dish.
Krämig Tofusås
2 portioner
1 liten röd lök, hackad
1 liten bit zucchini, i bitar
200 g tofu, tärnad
1 msk tomatpuré
1 msk senap
1,5 dl grönsaksbuljong
1 dl sojagrädde / matlagningsgrädde
1/4 tsk vitlökspulver
1/4 tsk paprika
1/8 tsk gurkmeja
salt
svartpeppar
Värm olja i en stekpanna och stek lök och zucchini några minuter. Tillsätt tofu, tomatpuré och senap. Rör om en stund och häll sedan i grönsaksbuljong och grädde. Låt sjuda i 10-15 minuter eller tills såsen tjocknat. Blanda i kryddorna. Smaka av och låt såsen sjuda i ytterligare några minuter. Servera med kokt ris.
Creamy Tofu Sauce
2 portions
1 small red onion, chopped
1 small piece of zucchini, chopped
200 g tofu, diced
1 tbsp of tomato paste
1 tbsp mustard
1.5 dl vegetable broth
1 dl soy cream / cooking cream
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp paprika
1/8 tsp turmeric
salt
black pepper
Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the onion and zucchini for a few minutes. Add tofu, tomato purée and mustard. Stir for a while and then add the vegetable broth and cream. Let simmer for 10-15 minutes or until the sauce is thickened. Mix in the spices. Taste the sauce and add spices if needed. Let the sauce simmer for a few more minutes. Serve with boiled rice.
