This is a very good cake with berries and white chocolate. I baked my cake for a shorter while because I like when cakes are sticky. But if you do not want it sticky, then you'll just bake it for longer. I found the recipe here.
Bär-Vit Chokladsmulkaka
Botten:
100 g smör, smält
2 dl socker
2 ägg
2 dl mjöl
1 tsk bakpulver
Fyllning:
1 dl hallon
1 dl blåbär
100 g vit choklad, hackad
Smulor:
50 gram smör
1 dl vetemjöl
2 msk socker
Smörj och mjöla en form (ca 22 cm i diameter). Blanda ihop alla ingredienserna till botten. Häll smeten i formen, lägg på bären och vit choklad. Blanda ihop ingredienserna till smulorna och lägg dem sedan över bären och chokladen. Grädda i nedre delen av ugnen på 175 grader i ca 30-35 minuter. Låt kakan svalna. Servera gärna med vaniljglass.
Berry & White Chocolate Crumb Cake
Crust:
100 g butter, melted
2 dl sugar
2 eggs
2 dl flour
1 tsp baking powder
Filling:
1 dl raspberries
1 dl blueberries
100 g white chocolate, chopped
crumbs:
50 g butter
1 dl wheat flour
2 tbsp sugar
Grease and flour a cake pan (about 22 cm in diameter). Mix all the ingredients for the crust. Pour the batter into the pan. Put on the berries and white chocolate. Mix the ingredients for the crumbs and top the cake with it. Bake in the lower part of the oven at 175 degrees C for about 30-35 minutes. Let the cake cool. Serve with vanilla ice cream.
