A creamier version of bolognese. It is very delicious to add cream to the sauce. Serve the sauce with spaghetti or as I did as a filling in tortilla. Good and easy!
Veggie Bolognese
250 g mixed vegetables (bell pepper, carrot, leek, onion)
150 g soy mince
400 g tomato sauce
1.5 dl cooking cream
1-2 tsp mustard
1/4 tsp garlic powder
paprika powder
salt
black pepper
Fry the vegetables and soy mince in a skillet. Add tomato sauce, cream, mustard and cook for 15 minutes. Season with garlic powder, paprika powder, salt and pepper.
Grönsaks Bolognese
250 g blandade grönsaker (paprika, morot, purjolök, lök)
150 g sojafärs
400 g tomatsås
1,5 dl matlagningsgrädde
1-2 tsk senap
1/4 tsk vitlökspulver
paprikapulver
salt
