Today's recipe is a creamy sauce with mushrooms and vegetables. The taste of mushrooms and cream is something that is very good. Everybody does not like mushrooms, but then you can replace the mushroom with some vegetables or add more tofu. Serve the sauce with rice or as filling in pita or tortilla.
Tofu Mushroom Sauce
250 g mixed vegetables (mushroom, leek, onion)
150 g tofu, diced
2 tbsp cream cheese, garlic & herbs
1-1.5 dl cooking cream
salt
black pepper
Fry the vegetables and tofu in a skillet. Add cream cheese and cream and fry for 5 minutes. Season to taste.
Tofu Svampsås
250 g blandade grönsaker (svamp, purjolök, lök)
150 g tofu, tärnad
2 msk färskost, vitlök och örter
1-1,5 dl matlagningsgrädde
salt
svartpeppar

Mums så gott:) Idag var det meningen att göra någonting med tofu,köpte 1 kilos paket, som jag tyvärr glömde i bussen:(
