Jag testade att göra en potatissallad med ricotta och oj vad gott och krämigt det blev. Jag har inga exakta mått men gå efter smak. Så gott med grillat. 

 I made a potato salad with ricotta and oh how good and creamy it turned out. I have no exact measurements but go by taste. This is great to have with grilled food.


Potatissallad

kokt potatis, delad
ricotta
senap
röd lök
saltgurka
salt
svartpeppar

Blanda ihop alla ingredienser och ställ i kylen innan servering. 

Potato Salad

boiled potatoes, divided
ricotta
mustard
red onions
pickles
salt
black pepper

 Mix all the ingredients and put in the fridge before serving.
