Jag hade en sås över som jag hade gjort till hamburgare. Jag ville förstås inte kasta bort det som blivit över, så jag blanda ner såsen i mosade kokta ägg. Gott! Röran är  god att ha på en skiva rostat bröd eller varför inte fylla rågchips med röran. 

 I had some left-over sauce which I had made for hamburgers. Of course, I did not want to throw away what has left, so I mixed the sauce with mashed boiled eggs. Delicious! The mixture is good to have on a slice of toast or why not fill rye chip with it.


Äggsallad

kokta ägg, mosade
kvarg
majonnäs
senap
salt
svartpeppar
persilja

Blanda ihop alla ingredienser och ställ i kylen innan servering. Äggsalladen är god att ha på bröd och som fyllning i råg chips. 


Egg Salad

boiled eggs, mashed
quark
mayonnaise
mustard
salt
black pepper
parsley

 Mix all the ingredients and put in the fridge before serving. The egg salad is good to have on bread and as a filling in rye chips.
