I like it simple when it comes to food. To make the food taste good does not require dozens of ingredients, but the most common can make a dish incredibly good. Yes, I think you understand what I mean. Here is such a dish, you're welcome!
Creamy Veggie Bolognese
250 g mixed vegetables (bell pepper, carrot, leek, onion)
175 g soy mince
2 dl cooking cream
1-2 tsp mustard
1 tbsp ketchup
1/4 tsp garlic powder
paprika powder
salt
black pepper
Fry the vegetables and soy mince in a skillet. Add cream, mustard and ketchuo and fry for 5 minutes. Season with garlic powder, paprika powder, salt and pepper.
Krämig Grönsaks Bolognese
250 g blandade grönsaker (paprika, morot, purjolök, lök)
175 g sojafärs
2 dl matlagningsgrädde
1-2 tsk senap
1 msk ketchup
1/4 tsk vitlökspulver
paprikapulver
salt
svartpeppar
