If you want to vary your bolognese, sauce I can recommend stirring in mango chutney. It gives both a sweet taste and spiciness to the sauce. Add more chutney if you want a stronger taste.
Bolognese with Mango Chutney
250 g mixed vegetables (bell pepper, carrot, leek, onion)
150 g soy mince
400 g tomato sauce
1,5 dl water
2 tbsp mango chutney
1-2 tsp mustard
1/4 tsp garlic powder
paprika powder
salt
black pepper
Fry the vegetables and soy mince in a skillet. Add tomato sauce, water, mango chutney, mustard and cook for 15 minutes. Season with garlic powder, paprika powder, salt and pepper.

250 g blandade grönsaker (paprika, morot, purjolök, lök)
150 g sojafärs
400 g tomatsås
1,5 dl vatten
2 msk mango chutney
1-2 tsk senap
1/4 tsk vitlökspulver
paprikapulver
salt
