A fresh and good smoothie can be made on rhubarb, strawberries and coconut yoghurt. I like the tart taste that rhubarb gives and the sweetness from the strawberries, which fit perfectly together. A very good start to the day!
Rabarber & Jordgubb Smoothie
1 dl jordgubbar, frysta
1 dl rabarber, frysta
1 dl kokosyoghurt
mandelmjölk, efter smak
toppa med müsli eller granola
Mixa alla ingredienser i en mixer. Ha i mjölk tills du har den konsistens du vill ha. Häll i ett glas eller en kopp och toppa med müsli.
