This is a dish that is quick to cook and does not require many ingredients. Good and simple is what I like :)
Grönsaks Teriyaki Wok
400 g blandade grönsaker
2 portioner wok nudlar
teriyaki sås, efter smak
proteinkälla: tofu, quorn, tempeh, bönor...
Stek grönsakerna i en stekpanna. Koka nudlarna enligt förpackningens instruktioner. Blanda dem sedan med grönsakerna. Blanda i teriyaki sås och valbar proteinkälla.
Vegetable Teriyaki Wok
400 g mixed vegetables
2 servings of wok noodles
Teriyaki sauce, to taste
protein source: tofu, quorn, tempeh, beans...
Fry the vegetables in a frying pan. Boil the noodles according to the packaging instructions. Then mix them with the vegetables. Mix in teriyaki sauce and protein source.
