As I have said before, I like savoury pies and pie is the perfect food to take to picnics, to the beach... In this pie I have spinach and feta cheese with sun-dried tomatoes.
Spinach and Feta Pie
pie crust
2 dl whole grain flour
1 dl oats
1 dl quark
2 tbsp oil
2 tbsp milk
1/4 tsp salt
filling
5 spinach cubes, thawed
50 g feta cheese with sun-dried tomatoes
2 eggs
1 dl cream
1 dl milk
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp salt
Mix all the ingredients for the pie crust to a dough. Press the dough into a springform, 20 cm. Bake the crust at 175 ° C for 10 minutes. Mix the ingredients for the filling and pour on the pie crust. Bake the pie at 175 ° C for about 25 minutes.
Spenat och Fetapaj
pajbotten
2 dl fullkornsmjöl
1 dl havregryn
1 dl kvarg
2 msk olja
2 msk mjölk
1/4 tsk salt
fyllning
5 spenatkuber, tinade
50 g fetaost med soltorkade tomater
2 ägg
1 dl grädde
1 dl mjölk
1/4 tsk vitlökspulver

DeleteLagade pajen nu i veckan och det blev verkligen gott! (sedan läste jag ju receptet lite galet och läste mixed i den engelska versionen och tog fram stavmixern... Det blev dock bra det med) :)
