In these muffins I have used an oat blend with the taste of banana and chocolate. To further get more taste of banana and chocolate I added mashed banana and cacao powder. These muffins can be enjoyed for breakfast, because they are not to sweet.
Choco Banana Oat Muffins
4 muffins
3/4 dl multigrain flour
0.5 dl Turtle Choco Banana Oat Blend
2 tbsp coconut sugar
1 tbsp cacao powder
0.5 tsp baking powder
0.5 dl almond milk
1.5 tbsp coconut oil, melted
0,5 mashed banana
Stir together all the dry ingredients. Then add the milk, oil and mashed banana. Stir until just combined. Divide the batter into four muffin cups and top with some Turtle choco banana blend. Bake in 175 C for 15 minutes.

2 msk kokossocker
1 msk kakaopulver
0,5 tsk bakpulver
0,5 dl mandelmjölk
1,5 msk kokosolja, smält
