I like the taste combination of mango and coconut. So, therefore, I have used them in this overnight oats. This can be prepared the evening before and is ready in the morning to be eaten. Do you like coconut and mango together?
Coconut & Mango Overnight Oats
3/4 dl oats
3/4-1 dl coconut milk
0,5 dl coconut yogurt
o,5 dl mango pieces
o,5 dl mango pieces
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tsp lucuma powder
1 tsp hemp & berry powder, Puur Nordic
sweetener of choice, optional
Combine all the ingredients in a jar and leave overnight in the refrigerator. Serve with mango and coconut flakes.
Kokos & Mango över natten Gröt
3/4 dl havregryn
3/4-1 dl kokosmjölk
0,5 dl kokosyoghurt
0,5 dl mangobitar
0,5 dl mangobitar
1 tsk chiafrön
1 tsk lucumapulver
1 tsk hampa & bärpulver, Puur Nordic
sötning, valbart
