Quark is good in pastries and goes well as a filling in buns. If you want a more flavored quark you can add lemon juice to the filling or why not buy a flavored quark. Today the King's Day is celebrated in the Netherlands with events and parties taking place all over the city.

250 g kvarg

0,5 dl socker
1 tsk vaniljsocker

Förbered bulldegen.
Blanda ingredienserna till fyllningen. Forma bulldegen till runda bullar och lägg dem på en plåt och jäsa. Gör en grop i varje bulle med botten av ett glas. Fyll gropen med fyllning och klicka i lite sylt och gör swirls. Grädda i 200 C i 15-20 minuter.

Bun dough using 3 dl of liquid
filling:
250 g quark
1 egg
0.5 dl sugar
1 tsp vanilla sugar

Prepare the bun dough. Mix the ingredients for the filling. Form the dough into round buns and put them on a baking sheet and let rise. Make a well in each bun with the bottom of a glass. Fill the well with filling and add jam and make swirls. Bake at 200 C for 15-20 minutes.
