Oven roasted vegetables is to one of my favorite dishes. They are a good side dish to patties, in salads and also in pies that is today's recipe. I had beans in the fridge and used them in the filling, but it's not a must. Very good served with a salad.
Paj med Ugnsrostade Grönsaker
pajbotten
2 dl fullkornsmjöl
1 dl havregryn
1 dl kvarg
2 msk olja
2 msk mjölk
1/4 tsk salt

2-3 dl ugnsrostade grönsaker
0,5 dl bönor
1 ägg
1.5 dl grädde
0,5 dl riven ost
1/4 tsk vitlökspulver
salt

färskost till topping

Blanda alla ingredienser till pajbotten till en deg. Tryck degen i en form, 20 cm. Förgrädda pajskalet i 175 C i 10 minuter. Lägg på grönsaker och bönor. Blanda ihop resten av ingredienserna till fyllningen och häll på grönsakerna. Toppa med klickar av färskost. Grädda pajen i 175 C i ca 25 minuter.
Pie with Roasted Vegetables

2 dl whole grain flour
1 dl oatmeal
1 dl quark
2 tbsp oil
2 tbsp milk
1/4 tsp salt
filling
2-3 dl oven roasted vegetables
0.5 dl beans
1 egg
1.5 dl cream
0.5 dl grated cheese
1/4 tsp garlic powder
salt
black pepper

Mix all the ingredients for the pie crust to a dough. Press the dough into a springform, 20 cm. Bake the crust at 175 ° C for 10 minutes. Top with vegetables and beans. Mix the rest of the ingredients for the filling and pour on the vegetables. Top with dollops of cream cheese. Bake the pie at 175 C for about 25 minutes.
