Brown bananas are perfect for baking or freezing and to be used later in smoothies. These biscuits require few ingredients, banana and oatmeal. But you can add, for example, chocolate or berry powder.

1 brun banan, mosad
ca 2 dl havremjöl
1 msk ekologiskt hampa & bärpulver, Puur Nordic
chokladbitar, valbart
Värm ugnen till 175 C. Blanda ihop alla ingredienser och forma till små kex. Lägg dem på en plåt klädd med bakplåtspapper och grädda i 12 minuter.
Banana Biscuits with Hemp
1 brown banana, mashed
about 2 dl oat flour
1 tbsp organic hemp & berry powder, Puur Nordic
chocolate pieces, optional
Heat the oven to 175 C. Mix all the ingredients and make into small biscuits. Place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake for 12 minutes.
