Earlier I have made scrambled eggs with creme fraîche, which became good. Now I had ricotta at home and thought why not add it to my scrambled eggs. The scrambled eggs becomes creamier with ricotta in them, but not as creamy as it was with creme fraîche. Both are very good! Have you tried to add ricotta in scrambled eggs?
Ricotta Äggröra
3 ägg
0,5 dl ricotta
salt
svartpeppar
Vispa ihop alla ingredienser. Hetta upp en stekpanna med olja och häll i äggsmeten i stekpannan. Låt blandningen vara, utan omrörning, i 20 sekunder. Rör om med en träslev. Låt blandningen vara i ytterligare 10 sekunder rör sedan om igen. Upprepa tills äggen är mjuka och något rinnande här och där.
Ricotta Scrambled Eggs

0.5 dl ricotta
salt

Whisk together all the ingredients. Heat a skillet with coconut oil and pour the egg mixture in the skillet. Let it sit, without stirring, for 20 seconds. Stir with a wooden spoon, lifting and folding it over from the bottom of the pan. Let it sit for another 10 seconds then stir and fold again. Repeat until the eggs are softly set and slightly runny.
