I usually bake sweet muffins, but savory muffins are also very good. These are great to have with soup and are easy to bring to work or on the ski trip.
Fetaostmuffins

2 ägg
1 dl naturell yoghurt
1,5 msk rapsolja
2 1/4 dl flerkornsmjöl
2 msk pumpafrön
2 msk solrosfrön
1 tsk bakpulver
1,5 tsk torkad oregano
1/4 tsk salt
50 g fetaost & soltorkade tomater i olja
Sätt ugnen på 200 C grader. Vispa ägg, yoghurt och rapsolja i en skål. Blanda i alla torra ingredienser och till sist rör ner fetaost. Fördela smeten i 7 muffinsformar (använd gärna muffinsplåt). Grädda i ugnen i ca 15 minuter.

2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
2 tbsp sunflower seeds
1 tsp baking powder
1.5 tsp dried oregano

50 g feta cheese & sun dried tomatoes in oil
Heat the oven to 200 degrees C. Beat eggs, yogurt and rapeseed oil in a bowl. Mix in all the dry ingredients and finally stir in feta cheese. Distribute the batter into 7 muffin cups (I recommend using a muffin pan). Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes.
