I remember when, as a child, I made chocolate balls. It was easy and quick to make when you had sugar cravings. I remember that as a child, I rolled them in crushed cornflakes or in pearl sugar. Now I have made them again. This time I rolled them in sprinkles with a taste of coffee. Yum!

Choklad & Kaffebollar
100 g smör, rumsvarmt
1 dl florsocker
1 msk kaffe, kallt
2 msk kakao
en nypa salt
3 dl havregryn
Vispa smör och florsocker till en jämn smet. Blanda i kaffe, kakao och salt. Tillsätt havregryn och vispa till en jämn smet. Rulla smeten till bollar. Rulla bollarna i (kaffe) -strössel eller pärlsocker. Förvara bollarna i kylskåp.

100 g butter, soft
1 dl icing sugar
1 tbsp coffee, cold
2 tbsp cocoa
a pinch of salt
3 dl oatmeal
