Croissant med Pepparkaksfyllning

Blanda ihop färskost och pepparkaksdeg. Bre ett tunt lager av blandningen på croissantdegen och rulla ihop. Pensla dem med ägg. Grädda i 200 C i ca 15 minuter.

Mix together cream cheese and gingerbread dough. Spread a thin layer of the mixture on the croissant dough and roll together. Brush the croissants with egg. Bake at 200 C for about 15 minutes.
