Today I am sharing with you a simple and good filling for stuffed peppers. My favorite filling is this one made with ricotta. What do you prefer to stuff your vegetables with? Fyllda Paprikor med Ricotta
250 g ricotta
1 dl parmesanost
1/4 tsk vitlökspulver
salt
svartpeppar
paprika, delade och urkärnade
riven ost
Värm ugnen till 200 C. Blanda ricotta, parmesanost, vitlökspulver, salt och svartpeppar i en skål. Fyll paprikahalvor med fyllningen och toppa med riven ost. Lägg paprikorna på en bakplåt och grädda dem i ca 20-25 minuter.
