When I was a child there was a bread that was round and flat and tasted so good. If I remember correctly, they were called tea bread. This potato bread reminds me of that bread and I was brought back in time when I was a child and ate tea bread with tea :) Lovely memories. i found the recipe for this bread here.
Potatisbröd
2 kokta skalade potatis (230g)
1,5 dl havremjöllk
7 g torrjäst
0,5 tsk salt
0,5 msk (dadel) sirap
3-3,5 dl fullkornsmjöl
1 dl rågmjöl
Mixa potatis och 0,5 dl mjölk slät med en stavmixer. Värm 1 dl mjölk till 42 C och blanda i torrjäst, salt, sirap och potatismos. Blanda i hela mängden rågmjöl och lite i gången av fullkornsmjöl tills degen är smidig. Låt jäsa övertäckt i 45 minuter. Knåda degen och forma till en platt cirkel (ca 25 cm i diameter). Gör ett hål i mitten av brödet och nagga brödet med en gaffel. Låt jäsa ytterligare 30 minuter. Grädda brödet i 200 C i ca 15 minuter.

Tebröd är mycket gott, gjorde det ofta då jag ännu bodde i Finland för den är så lätt att laga. Jag måste nog göra din potatisbröd någon dag, för den ser så god ut:)
