I prefer not to throw food away. When I had left-over cooked quinoa, I made this breakfast bowl of yogurt, apple and spices. Very good and a little variation to the usual yogurt bowl. Quinoa is protein rich and thus, such a breakfast keeps you feeling satiated longer.
Quinoa Yoghurtskål
2 dl naturell yoghurt
1 dl kokt kall quinoa
1 äpple, tärnat
1 msk pumpafrön/solrosfrön
kokosblomsirap, efter smak
kanel, efter smak
Blanda allt i en skål. Toppa med äppelbitar och ät genast.
Quinoa Yoghurt Bowl
2 dl plain yoghurt
1 dl cooked cold quinoa
1 apple, diced
1 tbsp pumpkin seeds / sunflower seeds
coconut blossom syrup, to taste
