This is a more luxurious version of granola as it contains real chocolate. I used 72% chocolate, but it is possible to use milk chocolate too. It turned out very good and is not sweet, as store bought often is. I used some coconut blossom syrup in my granola, but that is optional. I have eaten the granola with oat milk, banana and blueberries, yummylicious :)
Mörk Chokladgranola
40 g mörk choklad, smält
1,5 msk kokosolja, smält
0,5 msk kokosblomsirap
en nypa salt
3 dl havregryn
0,5 dl pumpafrön
0,5 dl pecannötter, hackade
2 msk solrosfrön
Blanda smält choklad med kokosolja, sirap och salt. Blanda sedan i havregryn, frön och nötter. Lägg blandningen på en bakplåt klädd med bakplåtspapper. Grädda i 150 C i ca 20-25 minuter, rör om efter halva tiden.
Dark Chocolate Granola
40 g dark chocolate, melted
1.5 tbsp coconut oil, melted
0.5 tbsp coconut syrup
a pinch of salt
3 dl rolled oats
0.5 dl pumpkin seeds
0.5 dl pecans, chopped
