During the summer there will be a lot of picnics and I like to bring savoury pies with me. Easy to pack and a pie goes well with a simple, fresh salad or why not just watermelon.
Grönsaks Ricottapaj
pajbotten
3 dl fullkornsmjöl
1 dl kvarg
3 msk olja
2 msk mjölk
1/4 tsk salt
fyllning
250 g ricotta
0,5 dl färskost med smak av vitlök och örter
0,5 dl riven ost
1 ägg
salt
svartpeppar
2-3 dl grönsaker (morot, broccoli, blomkål, celery, haricot verts)
Blanda alla ingredienser till pajbotten till en deg. Tryck degen i en form, 20 cm. Förgrädda pajskalet i 175 C i 10 minuter. Blanda ingredienserna till fyllningen och lägg på pajbotten. Grädda pajen i 175 C i ca 25 minuter.

3 tbsp oil
2 tbsp milk
1/4 tsp salt

250 g ricotta
0.5 dl cream cheese with taste of garlic and herbs
0.5 dl grated cheese
1 egg
salt
black pepper
2-3 dl vegetables (carrot, broccoli, cauliflower, celery, haricot verts)
Mix all the ingredients to the pie crust to a dough. Press the dough into a baking pan, 20 cm. Bake the crust at 175 ° C for 10 minutes. Mix the ingredients for the filling and pour on the pie crust. Bake the pie at 175 C for about 25 minutes.
