Rolls with taste of tomato and oregano reminds a little of pizza. And if you top your roll with cheese, yes then you have a pizza in a roll version :) These are good and moist, and you can freeze the ones you don't eat on the baking day.

2,5 dl vatten
1 påse (7 g) torrjäst
1 msk dadelsirap
3/4 tsk salt
2 tsk oregano
6 soltorkade tomater, hackade
ca 2,5-3 dl fullkornsmjöl
1,5 dl havregryn
1 dl rågmjöl
2 msk olja
Värm vatten till 42 C och blanda i torrjäst, sirap och salt. Blanda sedan i resterande ingredienser tills du har en smidig deg som släpper bunkens kanter. Låt degen jäsa i 40 minuter. Forma degen till bollar och låt jäsa ytterligare i 20 minuter. Grädda bröden i 200 C i 10-12 minuter.
