This is a so-called basic recipe for moist muffins that can be varied and flavored as needed. You can, for example, mix in berries and cardamom in the batter or cinnamon and apple pieces. The choices are many :)
2 ägg
1 dl kokossocker
1 dl socker
75 g smör, smält
1 dl grädde
1 dl kvarg
2,5 dl vetemjöl
1 dl havregryn
1,5 tsk bakpulver
Vispa ägg och socker fluffigt. I en skål blanda smält smör, grädde och kvarg och tillsätt blandningen i äggsmeten. Till sist blanda i mjöl, havregryn och bakpulver. Häll smeten i muffinsformar. Grädda i 175 C i ca 15 minuter.

1 dl coconut sugar
1 dl sugar
75 g butter, melted
1 dl cream
1 dl quark
2.5 dl flour
1 dl oats
1.5 tsp baking powder
Beat eggs and sugar fluffy. In a bowl mix melt butter, cream and quark and add the mixture to the egg batter. Finally mix in flour, oats and baking powder. Pour the batter into muffin cups. Bake at 175 C for about 15 minutes.
