This is a sauce that is perfect to make when you do not have time to make something that takes a long time. I usually buy ready chopped vegetables when they are at a special price in the store. Which means that this dish does not require much work effort and is ready in 20 minutes.
Tomatsås med Grönsaker och Sojaprotein
kokosolja
400 g grönsaksblandning (lök, purjolök, paprika, morot)
7 dl tomatsås
2 dl vatten
2-3 dl torkade sojabitar
2-3 dl torkade sojabitar
salt
peppar
Värm en stor kastrull med kokosolja och stek grönsakerna i 5 minuter. Tillsätt tomatsås, vatten, sojabitar och låt sjuda i 1520 minuter. Krydda med salt och peppar.. Servera med kokt pasta.

2 dl water
2-3 dl dried soy pieces
