As I have mentioned before, I like to have these kind of sweets in my fridge, because they are perfect for an energy boost and they are very good with a cup of coffee. This time I also added chocolate pieces and this made them extra delicious.
Chokladbollar
12 st
2 dl havregryn
2 msk kakaopulver
1 msk chiafrön
1 msk jordnötssmör
1 msk jordnötssmör
3 chokladrutor, hackade fint
1,5 msk kaffe / vatten
1,5 msk fibersirap, Sukrin
10 droppar stevia choklad, Good Good Via Health
Blanda alla ingredienser i en skål. Forma smeten till 12 bollar. Förvara i kylskåp.
Chocolate Balls

2 dl oats
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 tbsp peanut butter
3 chocolate squares, chopped finely
1.5 tbsp coffee / water
1.5 tbsp fiber syrup, Sukrin
10 drops of stevia chocolate, Good Good Via Health
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Form into to 12 balls. Store in the refrigerator.
