Today, I'm giving you a recipe for tea bread that are easy and quick to make. They are perfect for breakfast or as a snack. I used almond milk in them and therefore they are vegan. But you can use the milk you have access to.
Vegan Havre Tebröd
5 st
2 dl havregryn
1 dl vetemjöl
1 dl rågmjöl
2 tsk bakpulver
0,5 tsk salt
2 dl mandelmjölk
2 msk olja
Blanda ihop alla ingredienser i en skål. Klicka ut smet på en bakplåtspappersklädd plåt. Platta till dem en aning och strö på havregryn om du vill. Grädda i 200 C i ca 15 minuter.

2 dl oatmeal
1 dl wheat flour
1 dl rye flour
2 tsp baking powder
0.5 tsp salt
2 dl almond milk
2 tbsp oil
