You may remember that I recently made these creamy yummy bread. This time, I chose to use quark instead of creme fraîche and they are good as well. But they will not have that same creamy, melt-in-your mouth taste and has a slightly sour taste. But I really liked them with quark too.
Kvarg Havre Tebröd
4 st små
100 g kvarg
2 dl havregryn
0,5 tsk salt
1/4 tsk bakpulver
persilja
Blanda alla ingredienser i en bunke. Forma till platta runda bröd. Grädda i 200 C i ca 12-15 minuter.
Quark Oat Tea Bread
4 small
100 g quark
2 dl oats
0.5 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking powder
