Soft banana cake with an incredibly good peanut butter frosting. This is so good that if you like banana and peanut butter, you need to bake this. I get cravings for it now as I write this post :). I think I will have to bake one soon again.
Banankaka med Jordnötssmörfrosting
50 smör, smält
1 dl kokossocker
0,5 dl steviasocker
1 ägg
0,5 banan, mosad
3/4 dl vetemjöl
0,5 dl mandelmjöl
0,5 tsk kanel
Jordnötssmörfrosting
40 g färskost
1 msk jordnötssmör, crunchy
vanilj steviadroppar
Blanda smör och socker. Tillsätt ägget och blanda väl. Blanda i resterande ingredienser och häll smeten i en form, 15x15 cm. Grädda kakan i 175 C i 20-25 minuter.
Blanda ingredienserna till frostingen i en skål. Bred på den svalna kakan.
Banana Cake with Peanut Butter Frosting
50 butter, melted
1 dl coconut sugar
0.5 dl stevia sugar
1 egg
0.5 banana, mashed
3/4 dl flour
0.5 dl almond flour
0.5 tsp cinnamon
Peanut Butter Frosting
40 g cream cheese
1 tbsp peanut butter, crunchy
vanilla stevia drops
Mix the butter and sugar. Add the egg and mix well. Add the remaining ingredients and pour the mixture into a mold, 15x15 cm. Bake at 175 C for 20-25 minutes.
Mix the ingredients for the frosting in a bowl. Spread on the cooled cake.
